Bookcase constructed from steel and wood. The steel frame is painted RAL 7016 which is a neutral grey.
The timber is milled on my sawmill from sustainably sourced Irish Hardwood, coming from either storm felled trees, or trees that are removed due to being a danger to the public.
It is tremendously satisfying to be able to work with these trees as they are a fantastic resource that probably would have been destined to be chopped up for firewood.
